This series with Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher , Beth Williams (noon series) and Jamie Butler (evening series) , will give you Warrior Strength to compliment your yoga practice so that you can do what you love most in your daily life. Repetitive movements, whether from a yoga practice, work or play can cause imbalances in your body which can result in weakness and pain. This series is designed to target and strengthen underused muscle groups, using resistance bands, pilates balls, and light weights, to bring balance and Warrior strength to you on and off of your mat.
