Workshop presenter Sharon Kater, LCSW is a skilled 15 year veteran psychotherapist and Master Reiki practioner with holistic training from Kripalu and Himalayan Institute in meditation, yoga and bodywork. Sharon masterfully integrates her intitive abilities, spirituality and humor to create sacred healing opportunities and also enjoys collaborating with her husband Mark Kater Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Storyteller. Sharon has taught healthy lifestyle techniques to clients, staff and the general public at the University of Chicago Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Illinois Masonic Integrative Medicine Center and Lake Shore Athletic Club.
