feared to an opportunity
for greater awareness.
We turn to the wisdom
of our heart to create
a life that feels wanted and
precious. By experiencing

non-judgment and compassion,
we can see the opportunity
to heal. Bringing
compassion to all areas
of our life. A person
that is most healthy
is a person that has
the courage to love
themselves and others
and sees forgiveness
as a way to remain
open to the healing
energy of love.

good about themselves
